2nd workout is done. Was easier than yesterday but still... I need way more time to recover than I'd wish. It'll probably become easier in a few weeks.

Also, apparently, someone changed our block stairs during the night because... THEY WERE SO HARD TO CLIMB! π

I already used it for 30 mins and time flew by very fast. I'll try to up the time to a few hours per day. π

Lost 1kg and 2cm, which is pretty good considering that on the weekend we had my in-law's anniversary so I "splurged" a lil' bit π
I'm also proud that I managed to exercise every weekday!
The journey continues! 20kg+ left to go! -
Month 2 updates

- continued tracking my calories (feels like gamifying my life π)
- continued IF (started with 16/8 and recently switched to 18/6)
- started running more (because I like it more than HIIT) and I'm playing football once a week (altho' I'm bad at it, I enjoy it⦠-
