Metacognition is our ability to reflect on our own thinking processes.
But we're often not aware that this is an important skill / practice.

Practice Purposeful Journaling

Instead of constantly following your stream of consciousness, focus on:
• What is my problem-solving process?
• How do I approach talking to new people / learning new topics?
• What led to my successes? my failures? -
Leverage the Think-Aloud Technique

Next time you work on a task:
• Verbalize your thoughts
• Describe your step-by-step appraoch
• Record them on a tool like https://t.co/iJkiy9BhI4
• Read through and analyze the transcript
You'll learn to identify your errors and biases. -
Incorporate Mindfulness Practices
