It also improves balance while strengthening the lower back, preventing injury.

Side Planks

The obliques are the most underrated part of the core.
They support your lower back while improving posture. They also make your abs look amazing if you ever get down to a low body fat %

Glute Bridges

1) Bird Dogs x 8 to 12 reps a side
2) Side Planks x 30 to 60 seconds
3) Planks x 60 seconds
4) Glute bridges x 12 to 15 reps
Focus on your abs bracing & your glutes squeezing as you perform these exercises. You can do this daily. -
