5.8k+ surveys were completed, a very high turnout.
TL;DR: Both a 6th Intra-East Bay BART line and enhanced evening service were well-received and staff will continue evaluating.

The Enhanced East Bay (6-Line) service plan was well received -- but not as much as the Enhanced Evening Core service plan.

Enhanced Evening Core received more positive feedback.
The most enthusiastic riders to both plans were generally more:

The BART Metro 2030 and Beyond survey was launched to evaluate future service ideas which better align with our post-COVID ridership recovery. We also needed to identify potential future constraints for said future service ideas.

Key capital works, such as CBTC, are already underway to increase # of trains we can run through the Transbay Tube to substantially improve Transbay service.
