Let me share with you today ONE HABIT for under ONE DOLLAR that has bettered my life ONE HUNDRED percent! -
I’m sure a few people will cancel me but over the last few years I pop an edible once a month after my kids go to bed.

-It sparked some creativity
-It mellowed me out
-It helped me sleep
But a couple months ago I threw out what I had & decided it was NO LONGER SERVING ME. -
I decided the snacking it caused wasn’t good.

I wasn’t a fan of the dependency I had on it after a tough day.
I would rather pray, meditate, do breathe work & DEAL WITH IT rather than escape stress.
I also felt anxious the day after so I don’t think my sleep was as good. -
I have nothing against pot or anyone that chooses to partake in it.

Like most things, there’s positives & negatives & we should all decide what’s best for us in the season of life we’re in.
Perhaps later in life I’ll choose to do it again or perhaps I never will. -
Up until 3 months ago I hadn’t gone more than a few days in 19 years without playing poker.

I went 13 weeks without playing a hand & have no desire to start again now. -
During this season of life my best time & energy needed to be on other projects.

I’ve been doing this for a few years now.
It’s completely changed my life & the vision I have for CREATING my future. -

I list the areas of my life I want to WIN.
•Faith
•Fitness
•Family
•Finances/business
•Friendships/relationships
The first day of each month I audit these areas.
It takes 10 minutes or so a category but gives me such CLARITY & DIRECTION. -
This started to make sense to me when I realized every successful business audits the way they:

I am the CEO OF MY LIFE & you are the CEO of yours so why aren’t we doing the same? -
