Their ancestral nature will contradict everything you have been told about "proper" diet and nutrition. pic.twitter.com/IHImAGZTDy -
The entire culture of the Maasai is centered on ruminant cows. The Maasai are obsessed with collecting and raising large herds of these cows.

Cows are traded like currency within the tribe and the consumption of their meat and milk is considered to be sacred. pic.twitter.com/oXzsuX2pjx -
The Maasai's diet is the exact opposite of the Standard Western Diet.
— Sollozzo 🥩⚡️ (@MrSollozzo) March 20, 2023
Their diet is focused on consuming milk, meat, and blood from their cows.
The average warrior drinks 3 - 5 quarts of raw, WHOLE milk per day.
Whole milk is 3.5% milk fat or above. -
The Maasai prize Saturated Animal Fat in their diet above all else.
— Sollozzo 🥩⚡️ (@MrSollozzo) March 20, 2023
A whopping 66% of their total caloric intake is coming from Animal Fat and 33-45% is coming from Saturated Animal Fat.

This is contrary to everything we have been taught about nutrition.

Since the 1950s, the US has demonized saturated fat and standard US Dietary guidelines have advocated for refined sugars, grains, and polyunsaturated seed oils to replace Saturated Fats. pic.twitter.com/fId5lyXxlO -
The USDA currently recommends that less than 10% of our total caloric consumption comes from Saturated animal fat.

Despite the US population obediently following these Saturated Fat guidelines, we are currently in a state of Metabolic Failure. pic.twitter.com/cEzDGaGYjn -
In 1970, George V Mann traveled to Tanzania to study the heart health of the Maasai tribe.
— Sollozzo 🥩⚡️ (@MrSollozzo) March 20, 2023
They performed 50 autopsies and 350 EKGS.
They were SHOCKED to discover that the Maasai tribe had pristine heart health and cholesterol levels. -
They discovered 0 heart attacks and no heart disease.

In addition to this, Maasai warriors are lean, muscled and walk around at 120-130 pounds per day.
66% Saturated Fat for the Masai Tribe...
VS.
<10% RDA Saturated Fat consumption from our AHA. -
Not only did the Maasai tribe have lower Cholesterol than Western society, but they also had virtually no Chronic disease.
— Sollozzo 🥩⚡️ (@MrSollozzo) March 20, 2023
Contrast this to the US, where 7 out of 10 modern deaths are caused by Chronic diseases with 32% of US deaths coming from Chronic Heart Disease pic.twitter.com/0V2x2t2nbx -
Other indigenous tribes such as the Tokelau Islands and the Inuit have also thrived on a primary Saturated Fat Diet despite living in opposite climates.
— Sollozzo 🥩⚡️ (@MrSollozzo) March 20, 2023
The Tokelau consume 54-62% of their calories from Saturated Fat.
Coconuts are 91-94.5% Saturated Fat FYI pic.twitter.com/KQtBBjcQxZ -
The Inuit on other hand, have close to 70-80% of their total calories coming from Saturated Fats in the form of:

Seals, Whale, Caribou, and Waterfowl.
The Inuit thrive from these high levels of Saturated Fat, as Vilhjalmur Stefansson noted.https://t.co/Ypm4v3DBiq -
Contrast this to the US Diet, where the average American consumes:

Our Metabolic Health is currently a bi-product of these dietary habits. For those that are unaware, currently:
