Important Announcement for @Girlscript1 on this International Women's Day 👇

1. I started GirlScript Foundation because I wanted to help beginners in tech. I wanted people to have opportunities, foundational programs and awareness about what's trending globally in the tech world. So far, we have impacted 500,000+ learners from slums to professionals.✅

2. Helping people succeed in their careers is one the goals and we are doing the biggest of the hiring events like this year with 30,000+ women for Atlassian or programs like @girlscriptsoc which helps to elevate your career. ✨

3. We also want to continue teaching new tech jargon, updates and workshops as we did with Web3Camp and Web3Conf last year as Web3.0 was new and people should know about it, meet each other and grow.♥️

4. But mainly my bigger vision with my team was to make tech accessible to everyone. Making tech education equivalent to primary education as today we are surrounded by it. Whatsapp, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and Online payments anyone with or without higher education use it. 😤

5. Although I feel we can do more. We can teach people how to use these apps properly, and how to make the best of them by generating employment or business opportunity. Also, we have given mobile phones and the internet in everyone's hands but never taught them online safety.👹

6. With our new program called "Tech For India" we want to make TECH EDUCATION A MANDATE and for it to be TREATED AS PRIMARY EDUCATION for everyone. 🎯
— Anubha✨ (@anubhamane) March 8, 2023 -
7. Firstly, we are starting with one city and one focus area i.e., housewives and house help and later we want to have different groups, focus areas and even men become crucial parts of this program.🫂

8. We have 1.4BILLION PEOPLE TO TEACH and we will be needing a lot of help with mentorship, localisation, CSR and whatnot. So get ready as we make more announcements about the progress. 😁

The program will turn into a nationwide fellowship program in the upcoming time.💯 -
9. I want to thank everyone who has believed in us over the years. I am not the smartest person in the room and I never was but I am passionate about tech education, bringing the right role models and opportunities closer to the people and removing any biases. 🙌
