BART Watch App Helps Riders Discreetly Report Smoking on Trains
This blog looks at the BART Watch app which allows riders to discreetly text police dispatch about activity which violates the rider code of conduct, such as smoking. It also looks at the response of the BART Police and how they are working to stop smoking on trains.

Smoking on the train is illegal. It's also unpleasant and unhealthy to riders. BART PD are working hard to stop smoking on trains.
