1) Plan your day the night before

This takes me 3-5 minutes a night & is the highest ROI thing I do.
-Lay out your workout clothes.
-Outline your day & a few big WINS you will accomplish.
No great general goes into battle without a plan.
So PLAN your next day & WIN! -
2) Create a solid, nonnegotiable morning routine

This doesn’t need to be complex.
But waking up, scrolling news or not getting an INTENTIONAL great start to your day is a big mistake.

•Chug 2 waters
•Write 3 things I’m grateful for
•Prayer/visualization & ask God to guide my steps & guard my mind
•Movement
I do these before my family wakes up.
You can’t pour from an empty cup.
Start the day on PURPOSE with an intent to win! -
3) Incorporate easy wins to improve MIND, BODY & SOUL daily

Make one from each category NONNEGOTIABLE each day.
•Mind
-meditate, journal, read, study a topic you love
•Body
-lift, run, walk, yoga, dance
•Soul
-pray, sing praise, write a gratitude letter, say affirmations -
Far too many people (I used to be one) ZONE OUT & exist on autopilot.

I used to wake up with no goals.
I EXISTED (not lived) to work a job I didn’t like, pay bills & CONSUME Netflix & sports.
I used no creativity.
I wasn’t growing daily.
You were created to KEEP LEARNING &… -
4) Eliminate worry

My first mentor said if it won’t matter in FIVE YEARS don’t give it more than FIVE MINUTES attention.
Stop sweating the small stuff.
Do you ever think how blessed you are & what a MIRACLE it is for you to be alive?
It’s all a gift!
Even the hard things! -
GRATITUDE is the antidote to worry.

You don’t HAVE TO do dishes,
You GET TO eat great food & are blessed to have utensils to eat with.
You don’t HAVE TO pick your kid up from school, you GET TO spend time with them & pour into them.
Small shift in perspective,

5) Get enough sleep & prioritize recovery

I am very guilty of powering through & neglecting rest.
Not getting enough rest puts life on HARD MODE.
It makes you cranky, irritable & more hungry!
What do you if your computer is running slow?
Turn it off a bit.
It reboots faster! -

•Stop saying YES so much.
•Ensure you’re filled up first.
You do this by having boundaries, communicating clearly & understanding the most SELFLESS thing you can do is be the best version of you. -

Seek community where your desired behaviors are the NORM.
If you hang around 10 guys that drink nightly, complain about work & their wives & never grow,

If you are around 10 guys that lift, read, strive daily to be better,
