There are 100s of tools, agencies & freelancers to help you. But, I'll give you 3 free / self help suggestions to understand what ads your competitors are running: -
1. For LinkedIn Ads

- Once you've got a list of competitors written
- Visit their LinkedIn page (they need one to runs ads on LinkedIn)
- Go to the "Posts" section
- Click the "Ads" option

- You can get useful insights by looking at WHO liked the Ads & WHAT comments are written
- When you're in the "Ads" section, tap the 3 dots on top right hand side - click "copy link"
- Paste the link in a separate browser tab
- Now, you can read comments too -
2. For Meta / FB Ads

- Search for "Meta Ads Library" on Google
- Select the region & type the competitor name
- Boom, you can see ALL their FB & IG ads

3. For Google Ads

- Once you've created a Google Ads account, Google has a free "Auction Insights" tool
- Click on Campaigns -> Ad groups / Keyword
- You'll find everything: Who is bidding on your keywords? What is your share of impressions? Where do you rank? -
As you'd expect - these tools are basic but powerful to get started with paid marketing. And, they are evergreen (i.e. platform provided)
