There are endless ways to prepare it, and even great to have some shrimp cocktail in the fridge for a snack!

I love lean ground beef because of how versatile it is, how easy/quick it is to cook, and it reheats very well.

Wild game is amazing because it has a very similar nutrient profile to beef, but is naturally very lean.
I use a lot of ground game meat, but throwing some steaks on the grill is great too.

Throw it in the oven with a little butter, herbs and lemon, or use some blackened seasoning!
