Ive been a Hampton member for 6 mths and its been great

Were still building trust and it isn’t life changing yet. The slack is noisy and it’s hard to keep up

But I have learned a lot from watching @thesamparr build and I believe it’s gonna keep improving

Here are 3 reasons why

1. The initial recruiting tactic was genius:

He started by interviewing friends and followers and asked them a really powerful question:

“If you could have anyone in your group who would you want”.

2. They framed the sales pitch as an interview.

The initial call with Joe was set up to explain the program but was really a sales call framed as an “interview” to make sure I was a good fit to pay them thousands 😂

3. Finally and most importantly Sam RUTHLESSLY pursues genuine feedback and acts on it

“I want to make this a life changing experience for you. So if there’s anything at all lemme know. Whether it’s bad, good. It won’t hurt my feelings.”
