What It Means to Be a Great Parent

Just want to be clear on EVERY AREA of what it means to be a GREAT PARENT.

It’s NOT listening to what your KIDS say & blindly believing them.

That’s not a parent.
That’s a fool.

A parents role is to love, guide, & help CHILDREN learn to lead themselves one day.

Until they are old enough it is our job to not blindly FOLLOW THEM as whoever this person is suggests.

WE ARE THE PARENTS.
WE MUST LEAD THEM.

My daughter wanted to be a dinosaur at age 2.

At age 3 she wanted to be Peppa Pig.

It wasn’t my role as her dad to BELIEVE my child.

It was my role as her dad to TEACH, instruct, love & guide her.

We don’t let 7 year olds consume alcohol, go to war or smoke cigarettes because we acknowledge their brains aren’t developed & they aren’t capable yet to make wise decisions.

Why should allowing a CHILD to go through surgeries & hormone blockers be any different?

To be clear I believe in FREEDOM for all ADULTS to make their own choices.

I’ve personally known, respected & been kind to multiple adults that transitioned.

We don’t all need to agree on everything, but we all SHOULD agree on kids not making choices that can ruin their future.
