SMB owners want answers. Not 6-week lectures.

· Peer groups:

Groups like Vistage/EO work for big companies. But expect you to know the fundamentals.

· Communities:

None are high-quality and for small businesses.

So, there’s a gap.

We’re filling it.@joinScalepath has three components.

The first is Business Playbooks.

These solve the problems every business has.

My father taught me them as a young CEO in business.

But they aren’t available in a single, trusted place (until now).

Another common question:

Scalepath isn't specific to a sector or industry.

In talking to SMBs (<30 employees), almost all had the same challenges regardless of the industry, geo, b2b/b2c, etc.

So as a Vistage or YPO takes leaders from all industries, we're doing the same.

Are 30 employees or 500-5mm in revenue fixed limits?

No.

They're just approximations so people understand the relative size of small businesses we optimize for.

But, for example, there are $20mm rev contracting co's that are a fit since they run low-margin.
