Ok, I've been promising for a while to tweet thoughts on #PrehistoricPlanet fan-art. The caveat is that there's SO MUCH GREAT FAN-ART that I can't fairly mention everything. But here's a thread on a few of my favourite works, all pertaining to #PrehistoricPlanet2. Let's go... pic.twitter.com/d9qzJFZAzr

Seeing the stars of #PrehistoricPlanet realised as cartoon characters, or in stylised ways, has been amazing! I said that the fan-art represents season 2 animals, but I'm wrong - these images are from season 1, oops. These brilliant images are by cquin @wzjbyg and I love them :) pic.twitter.com/ySypuJZ8bV

On similar note, it's been great to see the animals of #PrehistoricPlanet realised in 3D, either as plushies, or as clay or plasticine models. These wonderful, cute little models of Pachycephalosaurus and a baby sauropod are by Primal Creations @Primal_Creation and I love them pic.twitter.com/ZO60aBCYdA

Moving now to art that depicts #PrehistoricPlanet's animals in a very different way, I am so impressed with these vibrant and beautiful scenes created by R. MONK @Monkium. Incredible! I believe that they're available as prints... pic.twitter.com/ZBkoRsszur

On similar note, I also adore these works by toro @ttorroo, here depicting #PrehistoricPlanet scenes depicting #azhdarchids and Tyrannosaurus. It's been great to see people getting so enthralled with azhdarchid pterosaurs. Great work! pic.twitter.com/uRDdO7eT0Z

It's great that people have been enthralled with the look for the sauropod Isisaurus depicted in #PrehistoricPlanet, and the remarkable shape of the ankylosaur Tarchia. Here are excellent images by Adam_RL @adam_rl_art (Isisaaurus) and Super Dodo 🦤@SuperDo75363417 (Tarchia)... pic.twitter.com/mx8LH35lEO

I also love this 'movie poster' -style montage by Arturo García @ARGAtheropodfan. Visit Arturo's Twitter account to see close-ups of the various components. Excellent work - imagine this as a giant poster! #PrehistoricPlanet #PrehistoricPlanet2 pic.twitter.com/lzY7PsPFDk

Finally, art inspired by our animals. Patrik Cauan@patrik_cauan produced this amazing rendition of #Carnotaurus - a star from season 1 - in blender. And the black and white dromaeosaur babies are by Rayanima @Rayanimals: great fun! #PrehistoricPlanet #PrehistoricPlanet2 pic.twitter.com/ZazwhdTHSB

OK, that's it for now. As I said, I've only shown a few highlights here - it's such a thrill that there's just so much great fan-art out there now. I will probably add to this thread in future, I hope you enjoyed it. Huge thanks to the artists whose work I've borrowed here :)
