This change will enable the upgrade to ABCI 1.0, which brings notable improvements in performance. -
4/ ABCI 1.0 is improving latency of Interchain apps by unlocking optimistic execution. This feature allows for more efficient and flexible communication between the application and the consensus engine, boosting performance.

By implementing a system in which params are managed by individual modules, thus providing greater precision and adaptability in their usage throughout the various components of the application. -
6/ This change in the Params Module allows developers to increase the level of control over the consensus mechanism implemented within their applications, thereby enabling the realization of more specialized use cases, such as the design of high-performance, low-latency systems.
