Imagine when it can watch videos.
I'm dreaming of a future where I can teach GPT-4 how to use my product
Let it learn all the features, all the edge cases, and all the behaviors.
It will then help the customer with what ever they need. -

GPT-4 was able to combine facts from other FAQs and conclude with the best logical answer
Then it gives give step-by-step instructions to the user 🤯 -

I think it's not worth it.
The ability to do logical thinking and reasoning is the strongest ability of GPT-4.
It can't do that if you only feed it small chunks of embeddings. -
If you're curious how I "trained" the GPT-4 model to answer FAQs, the answer will disappoint you: it's just a prompt.
