Other day my Tesla needed a small piece underneath the car replaced. I went in my Tesla app and described the problem, sending pictures to Tesla to help them figure out the exact part needed

Then I just drove over to the service center, parked and dropped my key in the dropbox pic.twitter.com/XQ2hxJcApq -
It’s cool to not have to talk to anyone or do anything, just drop your car off. Completely autonomous service experience 😂

This was the peice of fabric under the car that got torn off in the rain. I think I drove over a pothole or something and it ripped it off. pic.twitter.com/2Syv12e61d -
So then I go up to the service desk and say hey I dropped off my car can I have a loaner or uber credits

they said oh, it’s just that piece that needs to be replaced? We’ll do it right now.
So I went and had lunch and they were done within 30 minutes. -
The other cool thing is that my car drove itself there with FSD https://t.co/QtofeDz1xU

and drove itself back on fsd too https://t.co/cNHJnxfT9M

so it’s not crazy to imagine my car someday driving off to get serviced, parking at the tesla service center, getting the issue taken care of, and then coming back home.

Tesla service isn’t always perfect but they’ve got great tech and are ready for autonomous service. -
l can be kind of anti social sometimes so I love being able to just drop the car off without talking to anyone pic.twitter.com/dIng0jiRht
