Create a vision of exactly what you want your life to look like in the future – that's your North Star.
Your days, weeks, months and years should be guided by this on a steady march. -

A 5-Year Plan's far enough in the future that you can build a Life Roadmap that involves exponential thinking.
And, it’s close enough in the future that it isn’t hazy.
Visualize where you want to be in 5 Years
and break it down into achievable steps. -

SMART Goals are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-bound.
Instead of saying I'm going to lose weight, you'll say:
I will lose 20 pounds in the next three months by reducing my calories by 500 per day and increasing my exercise by 30 minutes. -

The Pareto Principle states 80% of your results are driven by 20% of your activities.
When you focus on important tasks, you’ll achieve greater results with less effort.
This is why you can drink Starbucks and eat avocado toast and still be a millionaire. -

When you begin with the end in mind, your goal is to bring it back to habits:
Break it down to years
Reduce to quarters
Down to months
Cut to weeks
Then days
