1 - Stop selling your time ⏱️.

Your time is limited to 24 hours a day.

This means if you get paid per hour, your income is also limited.

You need to get paid for skills you possess instead.

Learn skills that make a lot of money no matter how little time it takes you.

2 - Don’t die with 0

I asked Mark if he agrees with the book “Die With Zero” which says you should spend all your money on experiences & have no money when you die.

Mark believes you should spend money on experiences but keep enough to build generational wealth for your kids 👨‍👩‍👦

3 - Invest in index funds

Mark is a big believer in making your money work for you.

To do this, you should start investing in index funds like the S&P 500 as early as possible.

4 - Too many people go to university

Although University is necessary for jobs like lawyer & doctor

You shouldn’t go just to socialise & party if you’re unsure of what to do.

The trades are a great alternative & will likely make you more money.

5 - Work different jobs

Most people think working a lot of different jobs is a bad thing.

But Mark believes it’s great for character development.

It’ll show you what you like & don’t like so you can use the knowledge to choose a career.

6 - Study people 📚

Mark wishes he had access to the millionaires that young people have today.

Young people should study successful people that document their lives through YouTube & podcasts.
